One of the earliest ministries the Wagners were involved in was providing meals for the homeless when the local soup kitchen/shelter was unable to make them available. This kind of ministry is one of service that demonstrates the love of God, and it resulted in souls being won to Christ.

Our future plans call for ministries to the homeless, to orphaned and unwanted children, to victims of domestic abuse, and to the denizens of the streets who see no way out of the quagmire of poverty and sin that surrounds them.

These ministries will eventually grow to include homeless shelters, domestic abuse shelters, children's and youth shelters and camps, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, mental health and elder care facilities, and any other ministry for which God provides an opening.

Our service ministries have never included enforced church or chapel attendance, and that won't change. As Salvation Army founder William Booth asked, "What is the use of preaching the Gospel to men whose whole attention is concentrated upon a mad, desperate struggle to keep themselves alive?" Experience tells us that reaching out is often more effective than speaking out, because people have often heard the words, but have never seen them in action.
